We are still having our run of lovely late summer weather....it's nice to feel the warmth of the sun while it lasts.

I have been watching some monarch caterpillars grow from minute wee eggs into big fat grubs...then turn into their cool green cocoons. The cocoons have little gold dots on them which look awesome against the green. I have two inside so I can watch them changing, but not too much has been happening the last few days.
